Liz and Rufus were to entertain Rufus’ department from work at home. They were looking for refreshments and a barbeque supper to satisy everyone after sporting activities such as tennis, swimming and croquet.
We arrived early to provide initial drinks and some canapes while the barbeque was set up. The barbeque was presented as a table buffet with specific requests being cooked to order. The meal was finished with a seasonal summer pudding made from local English berries.
Everyone greatly appreciated the catering – we will use you again!
