Soufflé in Waitrose Small Producers Awards 2007
Recipe for Success made the 2007 finals of the prestigious Waitrose Small Producers Awards. We were one of four finalists in the ‘Fresh Produce’ section of this national competition with our lovely Twice Baked Soufflé. Almost all of the ingredients for this come from local producers in the Cotswolds. We use Cerney Goats Cheese, Barrington Organic Eggs, flour from Shipton Mill, mustard from Tracklements and milk and cream from Woodland Farm. Sadly we were not winners this time but nevertheless are very proud of this achievement. Look out for the soufflé in all our stockists and try it for yourself!
